Booking & Refund Policy

Local bookings (Oman):

Booking and full payment must be done up to 48 hours before the trip.

International bookings (GCC & Others):

Bookings must be confirmed at least a week before the experience and providing us with the following:

1.    Transport requirements.

2.    Date and time of arrival

3.    Total number of guests

4.    Any specific requirements for children and special needs customers

 

Payment Policy:

All payments must be made upon confirmation. 

Payment can be done through Paypal or bank transfer, payment details will be sent upon confirmation of booking.

 

 

Cancellations: 

All cancellations must be done at least 48 hours before the experience to redeem a 50% refund. 

Cancellation requests made in short notice or after the trip are non-refundable. 

 

Refunds: 

50% of the amount will be refunded if the experience was cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. 

A full refund will be offered if the experience was cancelled by the provider or for any reason the experience could not be provided.
